ABC Does Online Training – Coming Soon! Uncategorized 14 Comments

More and more these days I can’t believe how fast the years are flying by. It will be end of term assemblies before we know it!

We are coming towards the end of our conference season. Excellence in Early Years in Manchester on Friday and Leicester on 4th July are both sold out, but there are still few spaces left in Birmingham on 23rd June. The venue for the Birmingham conference is The Studio – which apart from being a great space with great food, is about 2 minutes walk from the train station.

After the summer I am having a bit of a change when it comes to training.

My conferences will focus on Excellence in Early Years and Outdoors. I will be visitng all of the ‘usual’ places but have added a few new venues in response to your requests. I am looking forward to visitng Belfast, Glasgow, Hull and Cambridge. A full list of conference venues is in the right hand column of the blog.

I am also working hard on new ways of sharing the Early Years love and so am launching online training, which will be accessible through individual modules, short courses and webinars.

I will be turning some of my existing conference days into training around mark making, transition and Early Years for Senior Leaders and Headteachers. But, if you have got any other ideas of what you would like to see then let me know and I will see what I can do!

My blog is also having an overhaul and becoming a website! So, keep a look out for that.

It is all VERY exciting! As much as I would like it all done by TOMORROW, it turns out that this technology stuff is a bit more complicated than that, so I am hoping to start launching in Autumn and Spring – watch this space….

Any suggestions then please get in touch…

  2. Can’t wait to access online training…what an excellent idea! At last it’ll be so much easier for all of my early years team to experience the eyfs legend/comedian Alistair! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

  3. Webinars are a fantastic idea, especially for those of us working overseas in International Schools. I’m excited! Thank you 🙂

    1. yes, webinars and video clips like the ones you did with Kathy Brodie for the early years summit would be great for all the staff to have access too. As amazing as your blogs are (our team are all signed up) actually having the opportunity to see / listen to you pass on your knowledge ideas and tell the funny stories, is so much more effective and part of the motivation for staff to put ideas into practice and have a go 🙂
